The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has today handed a seven-match touchline ban to Kumasi-based King Faisal's headcoach - Dorian Marin, following an incident that took place in Week 21 encounter of the ongoing First Capital Plus Ghana Premier League versus Hearts Of Oak.
Coach Marin, apparently splashed water on the face of a Hearts Of Oak player who was effecting a throw-in for the visitors. The game ended goalless, though - Marin was earlier in the season, cautioned in their game v Inter Allies at the Tema Sports stadium for similar misconduct.
With seven games to end the season - the coach is expected to see those games off-the-touchline.
A statement on the FA's official website reads:
"Marin was also fined GH¢2,000.00. The King Faisal coach has to pay the fine within fourteen (14) days in line with Article 39(8)(b) of the GFA Regulations....in accordance with Article 41 of the Disciplinary Code of the GFA"
The incident took place on March 16 at the Baba Yara Sports stadium - Kumasi. King Faisal occupy the 11th position on the league log with only 4 points above the relegation zone.

US recruit new backroom staff
The U.S national soccer team, have recruited Berti Vogts and Tab Ramos as part of coach Jurgen Klinsmann's coaching staff whiles the Yankees have parted ways with Martin Vasquez.
The three changes in the national side's coaching room was announced on Sunday evening by the FA. Berti Vogts, the former Nigeria and Germany coach will serve as an advisor to his former trainee, Klinsmann(1996 European Championship where they both represented Germany).
America's U20 coach, Tab Ramos, has also been added to Klinsmann's backroom staff whiles Martin Vasquez will be given a new role according to the FA within U.S soccer.
In the official press release, Klinsmann stated "We are absolutely thrilled to have Berti join us as an advisor, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, both as a player and a coach"
Berti Vogts, also a former coach of Scotland, doubles as the headcoach of Azerbaijan and will be part of the Yankees technical team that will attempt to oust, their nemesis - Ghana as well Portugal and Germany, in next summer's World Cup slated for Brazil - to book a knockout berth.
The U.S will play two warm-up games prior to the Mundial with Nigeria and Azerbaijan before they kickoff their Group G encounters.
